Our team of highly skilled personnel have the ability to produce high precision complex gauging fixtures.

 

Complex series gauges can feature double Datum structures defined by component drawing GDT. ​

To facilitate correct checking and measurement assessment in such cases, it is critical the gauge features a Datum shift operation built onto its mechanics at design phase.

 

​Failure to accommodate GDT freeze lock principles or Datum shifts results in gauges that can be up to  several millimetres inaccurate and often seen in cheaper sourced alternatives​

 

BS 969 2008 limits and wear tolerances are applied as standard practice. These can be changed to client specific values on request. ​​
